Key Responsibilities

•Operate and further develop highly available sovereign GCP services with a focus on stability, scalability and performance
•Monitor SLI/SLO metrics and analyze/resolve production incidents in 24x7 operations including on-call participation
•Collaborate with global SRE and GCP teams for rapid incident analysis, troubleshooting and sustainable service optimization
•Document operational knowledge, standardize processes and advance automation and runbooks
•Conduct post-mortem analyses after incidents to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous system optimization

Key Requirements

•Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
•Multiple years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
•Experience automating operations and incident management processes
•Experience in regulated industries with high compliance requirements
•Excellent German and English language skills (spoken and written)
