Key Responsibilities

  • •Run operational diagnostics, data gathering, and root-cause analysis across stores, DC, and eCommerce workstreams.
  • •Build analytical models, operational dashboards, and exception reports to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • •Facilitate process mapping workshops to document current-state and future-state operating models.
  • •Track project plans, stage-gate milestones, action logs, and delivery timelines across active workstreams.
  • •Support SOP drafting and readiness-for-handover documentation, monitor implementation progress, and prepare status updates for internal and management reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • •PMP or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
  • •3–6 years in project management, process improvement, operations, or supply chain (preferably retail or eCommerce).
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL, including statistical root-cause diagnostics.
  • •Hands-on experience with process mapping tools and project tracking platforms; English full professional proficiency (required).
