Commercial Lines Broking Vice President (East Coast hybrid or remote)

Lead commercial lines broking for new and renewal business across the Atlantic region, driving organic revenue growth and retention. Partner with account service, producers, and clients to develop broking strategies, execute placement and go-to-market plans, and manage carrier negotiations. Oversee placement cycles, proposals, policy comparisons, and stewardship reporting while mentoring junior talent and maintaining strategic carrier relationships.
