Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of AV systems integration projects.
  • •Ensure projects meet time, scope, budget, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction requirements.
  • •Manage day-to-day project scheduling, resource coordination, and equipment/material ordering.
  • •Identify and manage project risk, resolve issues, and handle scope/schedule/cost changes via change order procedures.
