Job Summary

Assemble and install routine electrical and/or mechanical components under close supervision, following blueprints, wire lists, diagrams, and shop practices. Use small hand tools to perform repetitive production sub-assembly tasks, and coordinate with Manufacturing to hit daily and monthly targets. Partner with Quality and continuous improvement teams to meet process specifications, maintain accurate traceability, support lean/CI practices, and comply with EH&S standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare for assembly and perform repetitive production sub-assembly and assembly operations under close supervision.
•Assemble and/or install electrical and mechanical components according to specified operation sequences.
•Use small hand tools (e.g., soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, screwdrivers, pliers, hammers).
•Coordinate with Manufacturing to meet daily and monthly production targets and with Quality to ensure compliance to systems and procedures.
•Follow SOP process specifications and maintain accurate traceability and records while supporting CI/lean manufacturing and EH&S practices.

Key Requirements

•Senior high school fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
•1–3 years of related experience and/or training is an advantage.
•Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
•Preferably experience with manufacturing tools and techniques (CI, Kaizen, 5S).
•Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
