Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide accurate reconditioning estimates for mechanical and other recon services.
  • •Communicate estimates in required formats and collaborate with Procurement/Purchasing for correct pricing on parts and supplies.
  • •Monitor repair status, completion timelines, transportation needs, and customer updates for approved estimates.
  • •Serve as central communication between the mechanic shop, sublet vendors (e.g., body/PDR), and other auction teams.
  • •Manage parts and inventory: receive/check in parts, stage parts for repairs, maintain parts logs, and perform monthly physical inventory counts.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in a related field; or 1 year with a degree/certification beyond high school; or 5 years of related experience.

  • •Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate documentation.
  • •Excellent communication and vendor-relationship skills.
