Team Lead, Commercial Loan Client Service Advisors

Lead and manage a team of Commercial Loan Servicing Advisors to deliver post-closing servicing for middle-market commercial/corporate loans. Oversee day-to-day payment processing, advances/paydowns/payoff activities, account maintenance, exception clearing, and accurate system updates. Ensure SLA adherence, compliance with policies and regulatory/audit standards, and effective resolution of complex borrower inquiries. Partner with Credit, Sales, and Loan Operations to support end-to-end loan lifecycle servicing.
