Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide information to candidates about future design opportunities and the application process for Reformation’s apparel and fashion design roles.
  • •Help build a pipeline of qualified design candidates by collecting portfolios and background information for internal review.
  • •Coordinate with the Talent team to reach out to applicants when relevant design roles become available.
  • •Maintain an organized applicant tracking system and ensure candidates are informed about status updates.
  • •Support diversity and inclusion efforts in design recruiting and communicate Reformation’s sustainability and brand values to applicants.
