Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday HCM, ServiceNow, and SABA/Cornerstone, addressing issues to ensure smooth operation.
  • •Lead Workday HCM design, configuration, and testing of HR processes as a subject matter expert.
  • •Plan, execute, and deliver end-to-end HR technology solutions with close collaboration across HR and HRIT.
  • •Own testing and release activities for new Workday features, including regression testing, unit testing, and user acceptance testing with sign-off.
