Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers through proactive outreach and a consultative sales-and-service approach. Process teller transactions and work as part of the platform staff to meet customers’ needs across their lifecycle. Analyze customer credit and financial information to recommend appropriate solutions, collaborate with internal partners to resolve issues, and follow policies to manage risk and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
