•Lead and develop a high-performing team of Growth Specialists, establishing a culture of accountability, coaching quality, and customer impact.
•Shape and operationalize a scalable AI-powered, human-in-the-loop support model for Zillow Preferred partners, translating strategy into workflows and cross-functional routines.
•Develop and implement an operating system with clear cadences, performance reviews, escalation paths, and quality mechanisms to ensure measurable and scalable outcomes.
•Serve as a senior escalation point for sensitive partner situations requiring executive judgment and cross-functional coordination.
•Partner with product and operations to bring frontline insights into AI quality, self-service journeys, escalation design, and partner experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,200 - 247,800 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of leadership experience in customer success, partner operations, or a related field, with a track record of leading frontline teams or leaders.
•Strong strategic thinker able to connect customer needs, operational design, and business outcomes into practical plans.
•Comfortable with AI-enabled workflows and applying human judgment where it matters.
•Proven ability to design operating mechanisms, inspect performance, and drive prioritization with data.
•Executive presence with demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and partner leaders.
