Key Responsibilities

•Oversee end-to-end processing, posting, and clearing of transactions related to private debt instruments
•Manage income payments, capital calls, distributions, and lifecycle events for private market assets
•Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing activities for private debt instruments and alternative investments
•Perform monthly reconciliations of private asset holdings and related cash accounts
•Act as a subject matter expert for private markets operations, supporting internal initiatives and cross-team collaboration

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 109,000 - 178,375 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting with 5+ years of experience in the Investment Operations area; OR High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 7-10+ years of investment operations experience
•Experience with private debt and alternative investment products
•Familiarity with SAP FSCM, FAM, or TRM modules is a plus
•Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; ability to work independently and manage day-to-day priorities in a fast-paced environment
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders, asset managers, custodians, and third-party administrators
