Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) activities using knowledge of Business Banking products/services to understand customer needs.
•Proactively identify sales opportunities, cross-sell bank products/services, refer to Assistant Managers as needed, and close sales independently when required.
•Provide excellent service as the first point of contact for customers visiting/approaching the Business Centre.
•Support Vice Presidents, Assistant Managers, and Business Development Managers by building and strengthening relationships with existing customers in the Business Centre.
•Drive digitalization and provide clear guidance for customer self-service via digital channels in the Business Centre; perform other operational duties after office hours.

Key Requirements

•Updated knowledge of Business Banking products/services with ability to perform Know Your Customer (KYC) to understand customer needs.
•Ability to identify sales opportunities, cross-sell bank products/services, and close sales when appropriate.
•Excellent customer service skills and capability to be the first contact point for customers visiting the Business Centre.
•Support to Vice Presidents, Assistant Managers and Business Development Managers by building and strengthening relationships with existing customers.
•Ability to drive digitalization and guide customers to self-service via digital channels in the Business Centre; perform other operational duties after hours.
