Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to the 3-year strategic plan and Global Success Model by using market diagnostics and business analysis to identify growth opportunities and align strategy across markets.
  • •Partner with regional and local stakeholders to build innovation masterplans that reflect market-specific needs and support long-term growth targets.
  • •Drive the end-to-end innovation agenda by aligning innovation priorities, developing concepts for existing and new products, and translating insights into differentiated innovation opportunities.
  • •Lead commercialization planning across product, packaging, claims, pricing, and channel opportunities, positioning innovations for maximum market impact and business value.
  • •Manage innovation projects through the stage-gate process, coordinating cross-functional teams, handling governance approvals through product lock, and embedding sustainability principles across initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive marketing experience in the Consumer Health sector, with experience developing and executing brand growth strategies in complex, regulated environments.
  • •Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen, including understanding of business performance drivers, P&L management, and portfolio optimization.
  • •Ability to use consumer, market, and performance data to identify trends, generate insights, and translate them into actionable growth strategies while navigating regulatory requirements.
  • •Proven experience leading innovation programmes from concept through launch with a track record of delivering consumer-led innovations.
  • •Experience identifying opportunities and executing innovation work across the concept, validation, and project stages in a complex cross-functional matrix organization.
