Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development and execution of the plant’s Digital Transformation and Industry 4.0 roadmap.
  • •Deploy, standardize, and scale digital manufacturing applications and modules across manufacturing operations.
  • •Provide application administration, user training, troubleshooting, sustainment, and continuous improvement support.
  • •Own the site’s digital work instruction platform, including implementation, governance, standardization, training, and user adoption.
  • •Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, KPI metrics, and visual management systems; support data governance and data quality initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate's degree in Advanced Manufacturing, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing environment experience.
  • •Experience with Ignition software, PCAT, MES platforms, and industrial automation technologies.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • •Experience with SQL databases and/or Snowflake, manufacturing data systems, or enterprise reporting platforms.
