Experienced Business Applications (eCommerce) Consultant with deep Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and/or Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC) expertise. You will design, deliver, and govern end‑to‑end eCommerce solutions; lead solution architecture, partner with senior stakeholders, drive change management, and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement end-to-end eCommerce solutions using OCC/SFCC, including storefront customization, integrations, and APIs.
•Lead solution architecture and delivery, partnering with senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
•Integrate OCC with ERP, CRM, payment gateways, and marketing tools to support business processes.
•Drive change management and user adoption to ensure realized benefits and successful rollout across BU/functions.
•Provide production support and governance for IT solutions, including testing, risk assessment, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC) or similar eCommerce platforms.
•Education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field; Masters degree is a plus.
•Excellent IT delivery skills with strong knowledge of IT Operations and Compliance.
•Experience working with change management and rollout of projects; ability to translate business requirements into functional designs.
•Ability to mentor colleagues and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and across teams.
