Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement end-to-end eCommerce solutions using OCC/SFCC, including storefront customization, integrations, and APIs.
  • •Lead solution architecture and delivery, partnering with senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
  • •Integrate OCC with ERP, CRM, payment gateways, and marketing tools to support business processes.
  • •Drive change management and user adoption to ensure realized benefits and successful rollout across BU/functions.
  • •Provide production support and governance for IT solutions, including testing, risk assessment, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC) or similar eCommerce platforms.

  • •Excellent IT delivery skills with strong knowledge of IT Operations and Compliance.
  • •Experience working with change management and rollout of projects; ability to translate business requirements into functional designs.
  • •Ability to mentor colleagues and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and across teams.
