Post-Trade Operations Team Lead

Lead and manage the Middle Office post-trade operations team, owning end-to-end trade lifecycle processes including settlement, reconciliation, and controls across equities, fixed income, OTC derivatives, FX, and futures. Oversee daily settlement across custodians, prime brokers, and counterparties; drive resolution of breaks and aged exceptions; and partner with Trading, Portfolio Management, Risk, Technology, and Fund Administration to streamline workflows and reduce operational risk as the firm scales.
