Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate project/client and internal team needs into concrete digital solutions.
  • •Prioritize and manage the backlog of digital initiatives based on value, feasibility, and available capacity.
  • •Define functional and technical approach and solution architecture.
  • •Lead end-to-end solution delivery: definition, development, testing, deployment, and evolution.
  • •Serve as a bridge between business, IT, external partners, and the technical team; drive reusable solutions that reduce redundancy and create cross-cutting value.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports) or equivalent civil engineering education.
  • •Experience managing product or coordinating digital solutions in engineering, infrastructure, or construction environments.
  • •Fluent professional English and Spanish, able to work collaboratively in local and international settings.
  • •Ability to understand business problems and translate them into clear requirements for development teams.
  • •Technical foundation to partner with development, cybersecurity, IT, and external partners; experience leading people and developing teams.
