Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements and forecast issues.
  • •Act as direct customer contact for products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems.
  • •Use software/technology and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair HVAC units.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company and procured assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.
  • •Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations in the previous 3 years.
  • •EPA Certification.
