Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the client’s day-to-day leader for managing projects involving identification, collection, processing, review, and production of electronic data relevant to litigation or regulatory investigations
  • •Coordinate forensic collections with clients and Bright Labs’ forensics team and document processing workflows
  • •Advise clients on data reduction strategies (deNIST, file extension filtering, date culling, search term filtering) and oversee processing with the team
  • •Review and design efficient workflows for 1st-3rd tier review, witness review, and trial preparation, including technology configuration
  • •Develop customized reports and training to optimize Relativity usage and production workflows

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in MIS, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Law, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Technology, or similar degree.
  • •4 years of prior experience as a consultant overseeing computer forensics and electronic discovery
  • •Advanced decision making and problem-solving skills
  • •Team player who is comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • •Ability to interact confidently with senior management and lawyers/partners
