Key Responsibilities

  • •Own growth for a product-led (PLG) SaaS business by sharpening the product, driving acquisition and activation, and building a scalable go-to-market engine.
  • •Drive operational excellence by building budgets, tracking KPIs, optimizing ROI, and implementing process improvements.
  • •Build, coach, and retain a high-performing leadership team, creating succession plans and ensuring organizational resilience across multiple brands.
  • •Identify disruptive trends (including AI), experiment with new business models, and make data-driven bets to strengthen market position.
  • •Champion a strong culture by setting high performance standards, encouraging collaboration, ensuring alignment with company values, and embedding diversity and inclusion.

  • •Proven leadership experience as a CEO, GM, or senior executive in a B2B SaaS HR tech company, ideally product-led (PLG), with a strong track record driving growth.

  • •Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and owning P&L responsibility tied to sustainable growth.
