Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the Databricks Delivery Partner Program to co-deliver Databricks services engagements with key system integrators.
  • •Build and develop PS relationships with GSIs/RSIs and regional partner teams to support pipeline review and engagements.
  • •Lead the creation of an RFP process including templates and scorecards for partner selection on large migration deals.
  • •Incubate and ramp new partners with Gen AI capabilities and establish long-term roadmaps for PS partner delivery priorities.
  • •Drive delivery governance, measure partner quality (CSAT, surveys), and ensure successful delivery across services-led and partner-supported implementations.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in a professional services organization as a partner manager or consulting manager.
  • •Proven ability to enable and manage partnerships with system integrators and other third-party providers.
  • •Experience defining and managing governance, KPIs, and contract negotiations for services engagements.
  • •Strong skills in coordinating cross-functional teams, resourcing, and pipeline management across global programs.
  • •Ability to lead programs aligning with PS and Partner strategy, including assurance and advisory services.
