Job Summary

Deliver outstanding consumer experiences as a Sales Associate by using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model and supporting store operations across POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom workflows. Partner with Store Management to meet personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies. Stay informed on product collaborations and brand initiatives and serve as a brand ambassador, while following asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance policies.

•Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the C.H.A.R.M service model.
•Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns and demonstrating Crocs’ core values.
•Assist in store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
•Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives using effective selling strategies.
•Serve as a brand ambassador by sharing knowledge of current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives with consumers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 14 - 16.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•Must be 16 years or older.
•Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality.
•Team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
•Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance.
•Ability to be on your feet for a minimum of 8 hours per shift and to continuously move around all areas of the store.
