Key Responsibilities

•Oversee and coordinate cross-functional teams of technical professionals to execute power delivery project work, including budgets, hours, expenses, deliverables, and compliance with contract terms
•Develop project proposals, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans to support business objectives
•Create and maintain the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and associated cost estimates for projects
•Define technical review levels, select staff for reviews, and ensure QA/QC adherence per project requirements
•Prepare and monitor project initiation/setup documents (RMP/REF, PMP, QP, PSP, Communications Plan) and support contract negotiations and client meetings

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field or equivalent experience
•7+ years of post-education project management experience leading engineering and construction teams on Transmission projects in Power Delivery/Utility
•Strong knowledge of project management processes and tools (Contract Management, Earned Value Management, Change Management, Risk Management, CPM scheduling, Financial Management)
•Experience with scheduling and budgeting, and ability to monitor scope, risks, and milestones across multiple projects
•Proven ability to coordinate resources, manage subcontractors/suppliers, and ensure QA/QC compliance
