Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-level electrical commissioning oversight and direction across multiple campuses to ensure alignment and exceptional client relations.
  • •Act as “Master of Discipline” for electrical commissioning decisions, including energization readiness, acceptance testing, and risk-based deviations.
  • •Own development and continuous improvement of commissioning processes, standards, and governance documents; run QA audits and root cause analysis.
  • •Support quoting and financial accuracy, manage scope and change orders, and drive vendor/CxA performance using performance management and scorecards.
  • •Mentor and develop engineers through coaching, calibration, and growth conversations; set partner accountability and build long-term external relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in data center commissioning, construction, or critical infrastructure delivery with ownership at campus/region/program level.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related); equivalent commissioning experience considered (CxA certification a plus).
  • •Mastery of the commissioning lifecycle (L0–L6), including documentation, testing, and governance requirements.
  • •Recognized expertise in electrical systems including power distribution, EPMS, protection and controls, and how power generation interacts with data center loads.
  • •Experience developing and governing commissioning programs, standards, and processes; strong commercial/contractual fluency (quoting, bid leveling, change order management).
