Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute the Advisory Services strategy for the Property & Buildings business in Africa.
  • •Build and grow a strategic pipeline, lead executive-level client engagement, and secure opportunities across strategy, feasibility, investment, and transactions.
  • •Develop and package advisory propositions, establish delivery frameworks and standardised deliverables, and launch new advisory products aligned to market demand.
  • •Provide executive oversight and governance for advisory engagements, ensuring delivery quality, risk management, and commercially successful outcomes.
  • •Lead and develop the Advisory Services team, build capability through recruitment and mentoring, and establish communities of practice and centres of excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum NQF Level 8 qualification in the built environment or related discipline.
  • •15+ years' experience in advisory, consulting, engineering, infrastructure, property or related sectors.
  • •Proven track record winning and leading complex consulting assignments.
  • •Strong commercial acumen and demonstrated business development capability.
  • •Experience establishing, growing or transforming professional services businesses; established executive-level client network and leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
