Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Solution Architect, preferably in the Telecom or Tech industry.
  • •Synthesize complex regulatory documents into actionable engineering tasks.
  • •Discuss technical concepts such as SIP, SMS routing, and MNP databases with engineers.
  • •Write clear User Stories and Functional Specs, and manage Jira tickets for engineering execution.
  • •Create structured technical documentation and process flowcharts; coach and mentor team members.
