Job Summary

Serve as the programmatic subject-matter expert for vendor operations, bridging vendor support teams with Spotify Ads. Own technical excellence and scalable enablement for EMEA and JAPAC markets by identifying capability gaps, driving training and process improvements, and monitoring operational quality metrics. Lead priority initiatives, manage complex escalations with internal partners, and evolve onboarding, documentation, and QA support for vendor support agents.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the programmatic product expert for vendor operations, partnering with regional internal leads on product knowledge.
•Identify capability gaps across vendor support and collaborate with training teams to build targeted enablement programs.
•Monitor operational metrics and quality indicators to find trends, measure performance, and improve support programs.
•Manage complex escalations with Tier 2 Support, Engineering, Product, and Ad Product Quality to ensure timely investigation and resolution.
•Own and evolve vendor enablement and QA support, including onboarding, learning programs, knowledge base content, documentation, and case review.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in customer support operations, program management, vendor management, or a related field, including 3+ years in the programmatic advertising ecosystem.
•Hands-on experience managing external vendor or BPO support teams and operating through outsourced support partners.
•Deep hands-on programmatic advertising operational experience, including campaign troubleshooting, DSP/SSP integrations, deal setup, auction mechanics, and campaign delivery.
•Ability to assess the technical accuracy of vendor case resolutions.
•Experience driving process improvements across complex support organizations and working with global teams across time zones.
