Key Responsibilities

  • •Work as a trusted advisor to the CBO and leaders to identify strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
  • •Participate in annual strategic planning by identifying key growth levers.
  • •Review KPIs by creating and maintaining dashboards, supporting internal/external communication, and providing operational support to leadership.
  • •Set strategic priorities with the CBO, manage the leader’s time and focus areas, and prepare meeting agendas with appropriate information flow.
  • •Oversee cross-functional, concept-wide projects by bringing stakeholders together, driving decisions, and producing research, benchmarking, analysis, and recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Business Administration or a similar field from a Tier 1 institute.
  • •Only candidates from the batches of 2022 or 2023.
  • •4–5 years of Retail or Strategy Consulting experience with a top international consulting firm.
  • •Ability to work with CBO/CEO-level leaders on corporate projects in a high-growth environment.
  • •Strong analytical, communication, and MS Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel modelling), with a detail-oriented, process-oriented mindset.
