Job Summary

Design and verify high-speed analog and mixed-signal IPs for HBM and UCIe using advanced CMOS nodes (A14, 2nm, 3nm). Own schematic development, layout reviews, and verification/simulation using Cadence Virtuoso (Spectre, ADE). Optimize for low jitter and low power, lead design reviews and documentation, and support IP integration into SoCs plus early silicon bring-up and debug. Work within a multi-geographical team serving AI/ML, HPC, and hyper-scale data center markets.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and perform pre-layout and post-layout verification of analog/mixed-signal circuits for integrated circuits.
•Develop circuit schematics, conduct detailed layout reviews, and run necessary verification and simulations.
•Optimize high-speed paths for low jitter and low power.
•Conduct design reviews and create slides and related documentation.
•Support IP integration into SoCs and provide guidance for validation, including initial silicon bring-up, debug, and characterization.

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience designing high-speed custom analog and digital circuits for areas such as SerDes, HBM, UCIe, and PLL.
•Strong Cadence Virtuoso experience to design and verify high-speed custom circuits, including schematic capture, layout, Spectre simulation, and Virtuoso ADE (Explorer, Assembler).
•Experience with advanced CMOS nodes; FinFET experience is a plus.
•Demonstrated ability to solve circuit design problems using engineering fundamentals and design creativity.
•Bachelor/Master/PhD in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 10+ years of related experience is preferred.
