Associate, Project Finance & Portfolio Management

Own borrower-side administration of project-financed SPVs from financial close through construction and operations. Monitor covenants and compliance obligations across lender and project documentation, manage CP/CS trackers, drawdowns, and account waterfall mechanics, and oversee DSCR/LLCR and covenant headroom. Prepare lender reporting, support consents and waivers, coordinate debt service and hedging administration, maintain project models, and engage with internal and external stakeholders including lenders and advisors.
