Key Responsibilities

  • •Run day-to-day borrower-side administration for project-financed SPVs from financial close through construction and into operations.
  • •Monitor and manage compliance obligations, including conditions subsequent, reporting obligations, and information covenants across key agreements and project documents.
  • •Handle CP/CS management and drawdown/waterfall administration, including utilization requests, evidence packaging, and distribution mechanics (e.g., cash sweeps, DSRA/MMRA).
  • •Calculate and monitor DSCR/LLCR and covenant headroom, providing early warning on emerging covenant risk.
  • •Maintain project models and support lender reporting and engagement, including consents, waivers, amendments, and coordination of debt service and hedging administration.

Key Requirements

  • •3–6 years of project finance experience, including 2–3 years at a developer, IPP, infrastructure fund, or sponsor.
  • •Hands-on experience administering live project-financed SPVs end-to-end, including drawdowns, lender reporting, waivers/consents, CP/CS, debt service, and account waterfalls.
  • •Advanced Excel and strong project finance modeling capability, including DSCR sculpting, debt sizing, sensitivities, three-way financial statements, and tax modeling.
  • •Working knowledge of project finance documentation (CTAs, facility and accounts agreements, intercreditor and security sharing, hedging documentation, and core project documents).
  • •Numerate and accounting-literate, able to communicate technical financial analysis clearly to non-specialist stakeholders.
