Key Responsibilities

  • •Own 24/7 materials management operations, including shipping & receiving, inventory management, material handling, delivery systems, and production line support across the Bastrop Starlink campus.
  • •Manage inbound and outbound truck traffic, material flow, and logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to production and supporting teams.
  • •Deploy new equipment, systems, and processes to improve material velocity, reduce waste, and increase operational efficiency.
  • •Drive a strong safety culture by conducting regular safety walkthroughs, performing root-cause analysis on incidents, addressing hazards promptly, and enforcing safety policies and procedures.
  • •Develop and execute materials management strategy, key performance metrics, and goals aligned with Starlink production ramps and campus growth objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience in engineering, production, manufacturing, operations, Materials Management, or Supply Chain (or 8+ years in one of these areas)
