Job Summary

Own the end-to-end operations platform and commercial processes for Canva’s multi-channel partnerships ecosystem. Lead deal registration and order processing workflows, partner agreements and contract operations, and partner enablement infrastructure. Build forecasting, reporting, and insights for pipeline, partner performance, and revenue attribution, partnering with Sales, Ops, Finance, and Legal to keep motions frictionless as the program scales.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the Partner Relationship Management platform (Allbound) end-to-end, including architecture, integrations, and continuous improvement.
•Manage deal registration and order processing, setting expectations for quality, speed, and accuracy, and scaling processes for throughput.
•Design and run commercial processes including solutions engagement workflows, partner referral payments, and margin/MDF management.
•Own partner agreements and contract operations from execution through amendments and renewals in partnership with Legal and Finance.
•Build partnerships forecasting and reporting/insights for pipeline, partner performance, revenue attribution, and program health.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 204,000 - 313,000 annually

•Have built or owned the operations layer for a multi-channel partner program at a SaaS company, including fixing deal registration flows.
•Be fluent in partner technology, including PRM platforms and ecosystem tooling such as Crossbeam, plus CRM integrations.
•Comfortably handle payment reconciliation and present data-driven program health to senior leadership.
•Balance operational rigor with strategic thinking to standardize now and scale later.
•Have managed or mentored a team, including distributed teams, with clear expectations and coaching across time zones.
