Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and support key in-store operational processes to drive efficient and effective store performance.
  • •Root cause inventory accuracy issues and escalate process or system gaps in partnership with the Manager.
  • •Manage inventory counts and coordinate labor hours to support accurate receiving and sell-through.
  • •Represent the business in meetings and calls, partner on budget and business metrics, and inform planning workflows.
  • •Lead the Operations team through accountability, continuous coaching, development, and effective scheduling.

  • •Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).

  • •Must be able to be constantly moving around the store and safely perform physical tasks for a full shift (including lifting up to 10-15KG).
