Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment to meet quality and productivity levels.
  • •Conduct operational preventative maintenance and perform maintenance on equipment with hand tools and instrumentation.
  • •Monitor parameters and alarms via equipment computers and maintain process control using monitored process data (including SPC).
  • •Complete required training and provide on-the-job training to team members when requested.
  • •Ensure proper inventory levels for the next shift and dispose of waste timely and appropriately.

Salary: USD 20.5 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED; preference for an associate’s degree or certificate in a technical discipline.
  • •2+ years of manufacturing experience (or substitute experience such as warehousing, textile, agriculture, or material inspection).
  • •Honorable military experience in an electrical, mechanical, and/or chemical industrial application may be considered as a substitute for direct manufacturing experience.
  • •Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including math skills to apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) concepts.
  • •Ability to work in a team environment with good written and oral communication skills; fundamental computer application knowledge for machine interfaces.
