OTC Process- Representative/ Specialist-Contract Management (Bengaluru, KA, IN, 560103)

Support the Opportunity to Cash (OTC) value stream by managing end-to-end processes from sales relief to fulfillment and invoicing. Create, edit, and validate internal and customer OTC data and system documents with accuracy and timeliness. Work with Business Development on pricing, proposals, and contract updates (creation, renewal, amendments), ensure timely request closures, and drive process excellence through SLAs, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
