Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide professional telephonic health advice and support to customers while travelling.
  • •Assess and manage complex medical cases using clinical judgement.

Key Requirements

  • •Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • •Minimum 2 years’ Emergency Department experience (preferred).
  • •Advanced life support qualifications such as ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, APLS or equivalent.
  • •Sound clinical assessment and decision-making skills for complex cases.
  • •Exceptional written and verbal communication with a professional, empathetic telephone manner; availability for rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
