Job Summary

Senior Product Manager for CorpOS People Solutions leads end-to-end workforce management capabilities, coordinating with People Operations, Finance, Legal, Manufacturing and IT to define needs, design solutions, and ensure regulatory alignment. •Drive build vs. buy decisions by synthesizing business needs, technical constraints, and user experience goals
•Serve as the primary product owner, conducting regular discovery sessions with employees, managers, and cross-functional partners across People, Finance, Legal, and Operations
•Communicate roadmaps, trade-offs, and impact to leadership with clarity and conviction

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of product management, program management, or related experience.
•Proven ability to intake diverse stakeholder requirements and prioritize roadmaps in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
•Strong design thinking and creative problem-solving skills—ability to challenge assumptions and reimagine solutions.
•Experience implementing business systems at high-growth companies (5,000 to 20,000+ employees).
•Exceptional stakeholder management skills across Finance, People, Legal, and Operations functions.
