Deliver exceptional customer service at the cashwrap, welcoming shoppers and ensuring a great checkout experience. Serve as an ambassador for the Insider Program, promoting add-on sales and gift cards while maintaining operational accuracy. Accurately handle cash and media, process returns and damaged goods, and complete end-of-shift audits. Keep the cash area organized, monitor equipment, and assist with training and mentoring team members.
