Lead the day-to-day operations of a Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle store, driving achievement of sales targets and store profitability. Manage, develop, and coach the store team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain brand image. Own operational compliance, health & safety, security, and cash/stock processes, while using retail performance tracking to generate ideas and analytical feedback for relevant departments.
