Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • •Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
  • •Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations to meet personal and team KPIs.
  • •Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
  • •Support daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and efficient handling of purchases, returns, and exchanges.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
  • •Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
  • •Strong English proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition (preferred).
  • •Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and peak/high-traffic retail days (including public holidays).
