Key Responsibilities

  • •Open, close, and maintain checking, savings, time deposit, and IRA accounts; process account maintenance requests.
  • •Receive and resolve client questions and problems by listening, collecting data, and securing accurate answers.
  • •Profile clients to identify sales opportunities and use lead lists to generate additional business.
  • •Process new account applications and perform customer file maintenance, including DDA exceptions, waivers (with approval), and debit card dispute inputs.
