Job Summary

Drive data-driven insights for Account Success by partnering with leadership to analyze performance against targets, uncover growth opportunities, and support quarterly and global business reviews. Translate multiple data sets into executive-ready presentations and run-the-business Tableau dashboards by collaborating with Operations/Technology and Business Intelligence teams. Support GTM and FY planning through analysis of trends tied to delivery KPIs, adoption, risks, and product impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Account Success leadership to perform ad-hoc analyses across multiple data sets and tools and deliver insights and recommendations.
•Evaluate ongoing business performance against targets to identify growth and opportunity areas.
•Collaborate cross-functionally to transform data analysis into data sets and Tableau dashboards for run-the-business support.
•Build executive-level presentations and support quarterly business reviews.
•Support GTM and FY planning through partnership with Strategy & Programs and Business Intelligence teams.

Key Requirements

•Strong business acumen and stakeholder management experience.
•Proficient in business analysis and data visualization, translating complex information into clear insights.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to craft compelling stories for diverse audiences.
•Customer Success strategy experience or 6+ years of professional experience, ideally in consulting or sales strategy/business operations roles.
•Solid understanding of Salesforce product & applications and tools including Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, and Data Cloud.
