Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the operation, maintenance, and integration of telecommunication systems used in AMI solutions.
  • •Maintain, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize telecom equipment and communication infrastructure for meter data transmission.
  • •Investigate telecom failures, connectivity issues, communication outages, and suspected tampering incidents; prepare technical reports with root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
  • •Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports on resource deployment, work status, completed activities, pending issues, and overall project performance.
  • •Provide advanced technical support during installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunication and AMI communication systems.
