Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build AI agents and automation workflows that support planning, tool use, retrieval, validation, and human-in-the-loop execution.
  • •Develop reusable tools, APIs, and components to enable engineers to compose agentic workflows.
  • •Implement RAG workflows, context management strategies, and prompt patterns to improve accuracy, reliability, latency, and cost efficiency.
  • •Build evaluation harnesses, regression tests, monitoring patterns, and guardrails to reduce hallucinations and improve agent reliability.
  • •Design and maintain production-grade Python applications, libraries, and services that support clean-room audience activation, measurement, and reporting workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •5+ years building production-grade software with Python, including libraries/services, testing, CI/CD, and code reviews.
  • •Hands-on experience building applications using LLMs and RAG concepts, including prompt engineering and frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph or similar tools.
  • •Experience designing AI-enabled workflows, reasoning/tool-using agents, or complex automation systems.
  • •3+ years hands-on experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar technologies.
