Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead fire suppression design for Data Centers, covering clean agent, double-interlock preaction, water mist, wet/dry systems, and fire water distribution components.
  • •Develop basis-of-design, calculations, hydraulic network models, equipment sizing, and detailed drawings/specifications.
  • •Ensure compliance with NFPA, FM Global, and applicable building codes; interpret client standards and AHJ requirements.
  • •Oversee QA/QC, interdisciplinary coordination, and BIM model integration; manage RFIs, submittals, and technical clarifications.
  • •Lead client engagements and mentor/develop team members while managing scope, schedule, budgets, and change management for multi-site programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, civil, Fire Protection, or a related engineering discipline.
  • •8+ years of fire suppression design experience, including 5+ years delivering mission-critical/Data Center projects.
  • •Demonstrated expertise with NFPA, FM Global standards, and applicable local code application.
  • •Proficiency with Revit MEP and AutoCAD, plus hands-on hydraulic calculation tools.
