Head of HRBP Retail (Milano, IT)

Lead Sephora’s Retail HRBP strategy for the Milan area, translating business goals into people initiatives. Own workforce planning by identifying talent needs, risks, and gaps, and run talent reviews and succession planning. Oversee recruitment strategy, training and learning & development cascading, and manage employee relations including disciplinary actions, grievances, and labor dispute processes. Partner closely with Area Managers, Stores, and the HR Department while promoting occupational health and safety standards.
