Job Summary

Build and deploy GenAI/AI-ML models and pipelines for enterprise data management automation. Own workflows for data profiling, automated schema discovery, semantic mapping with NLP/LLMs, cleansing/standardization, validation using metadata-driven rules, enrichment, and deduplication (exact and fuzzy). Create dashboards for data quality metrics and package insights into reusable knowledge repositories, working closely with an AI Architect across cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement AI/ML models for automated schema discovery, data profiling, and statistical analysis of enterprise datasets.
•Build semantic mapping solutions using NLP and LLM techniques to generate source-to-target field mappings with confidence scoring.
•Implement automated data cleansing and standardization (format normalization, unit conversion, naming conventions, and rule application).
•Develop validation pipelines using AI-inferred rules from target system metadata, including mandatory checks and referential integrity.
•Create deduplication, enrichment, and reporting components: fuzzy/exact matching with golden record creation, enrichment from reference sources, and dashboards for data quality metrics and load readiness.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, applied AI, or data engineering with AI/ML components.
•Strong Python proficiency and experience with AI/ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and LangChain.
•Apply LLMs and NLP to data tasks including semantic matching, entity resolution, schema mapping, anomaly detection, and text classification.
•Hands-on with data quality techniques: profiling, cleansing, deduplication (exact and fuzzy), standardization, and enrichment.
•Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and ML/AI services (SageMaker, Azure ML, Vertex AI) plus data services (S3, Glue, Databricks).
