Key Responsibilities

•Build high-converting web experiences in Webflow, owning the development of landing pages, conversion funnels, and website features from concept to launch; write custom JavaScript for interactive elements and push Webflow to its limits
•Architect and implement integrations, APIs, webhooks, and automation connecting web properties to the marketing and sales stack; build middleware and ensure data flows between Webflow, CRM, analytics, and marketing automation tools
•Design and implement A/B testing frameworks, experimentation infrastructure, and personalization engines to systematically improve conversion rates and reduce friction
•Ship with technical excellence and collaboration; balance speed and quality, make strong technical decisions, and communicate with stakeholders without slowing down
•Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Growth teams to translate business goals into technical solutions and lead development projects with clear guidance to stakeholders

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of professional web development experience, with at least 3 years building conversion-focused websites and landing pages
•Expert-level Webflow development skills, including advanced CMS implementations, custom code integration, and complex builds
•Strong programming fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3; ability to write clean, maintainable code
•API integration expertise, including building REST API clients, implementing webhooks, handling OAuth flows, and debugging integration issues
•Experience with modern web development tools and frameworks (Git, Node.js, React or similar, serverless functions, build tools); familiarity with Three.js and GSAP considered a plus
