Job Summary

Own and optimize end-to-end supply strategy across New Product Introductions (NPIs), cutover/uproves events, and obsolescence. Lead lifecycle planning for high-value launches, proactively model supply risks, and align partners across Global Product Management, R&D, and Procurement to ensure on-time, cost-optimized execution. Define standardized phase-in/phase-out processes, drive ECN timing to minimize write-offs, and champion AI/ML and analytics improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Define lifecycle strategy as lead planner for critical/high-value product launches, transitions, and end-of-life phases.
•Proactively analyze and model supply gaps, inventory health, and cost implications; develop mitigation strategies for senior leadership.
•Lead NPI planning as liaison with Global Product Management, R&D, and Procurement to ensure readiness and launch execution.
•Define and implement standardized phase-in/phase-out best practices and drive cutover/obsolescence execution to minimize write-offs and maximize inventory yield.
•Coordinate product phase-in/phase-out with Supply Chain and Product Manager, ensuring timely ECN implementation; champion AI/ML and advanced analytics improvements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
•3-5+ years of progressive experience in Supply Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or Inventory Management, owning large-scale NPI or Cutover programs.
•Exceptional stakeholder management and influential written/verbal communication skills in English.
•Ability to defend complex, data-driven decisions to executive-level audiences.
•Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets for data analysis and modeling.
